Jon brings to Pop! Technology 20 years in the consumer packaged goods industry and senior managerial expertise. Jon started Pop! to address the pain points he encountered during work with such companies as PepsiCo's Frito-Lay, i2 Technology, Spectra Marketing, Information Resources, and Roundy's, a $3B wholesaler and retailer. Jon's most recent position was PepsiCo's Frito-Lay as a senior brand manager. Prior to Frito-Lay, he served as an executive at Spectra Marketing, where he was responsible for managing sales of licensed solutions to consumer packaged goods companies, with clients comprising many fortune 500 companies such as Miller Brewing, Anheuser-Busch, PepsiCo, Dean Foods, Safeway, Albertson's, and H.E. Butt (H-E-B) Grocery Company. Jon began his professional life as an Emergency Medical Technical for Canyon State Ambulance and Athletic Trainer / Sports Medicine for Arizona State University.
Jon has dual BS degrees in Finance and Real Estate. Jon has expertise in patents, anti-counterfeiting, grocery supply chain, pharmaceutical supply chain, track and trace, ePedigree, barcodes, RFID, and consumer marketing.

Steven Gonzales
COO
Steven Gonzales has been with Pop! Technology since 2004 and is our Chief Operating Officer. Steven comes to us after representing some of the industry's largest and well-known retailers including Ralph Lauren, Prada, Barney's, Burberry and Gucci. At his most recent employer, Giorgio Armani, he was the representative in charge of the southern region of the United States. Steven leverages these years of retail and client management experience during the sales process to actively build relationships and assist clients in understanding our applications in the retail environment.
Steven began his career at Pop! Technology in his role as legal coordinator. Today, Steven has the largest sales pipeline with Pop! Technology and has clients in both the retail, distributor and manufacturing sectors. Steven also oversees all day-to-day business operations. He was instrumental in implementing our first retail installment that spanned over 150 different brands.
Steven Gonzales has been involved in all stages of implementation of our products including planning, artwork, pre-production, production, distribution, field implementation, and data analysis.

Scott Ticer
Strategic Development Officer
Scott focuses on business and sales development for Pop!, targeting partnerships, alliances and licensing contracts. Scott draws upon more than 20 years of experience commercializing new technologies including the world's first wireless email and data services; products in wireless data and voice; broadband wireless; high-speed internet access via DSL; mobile computing and digital media services. He has extensive new business creation, development and operations expertise. Scott has served as an executive at Dow Jones, Computer Sciences, BellSouth and McGraw Hill. Scott has played key roles at several startups resulting in successful exits including VentureWire, Covad, airBand Communications and Tieless Communications. Ticer is a director on the board of Home Health Care Services in Dallas, and the Metroplex Technology Business Council.
He currently advises startups and co-founded the non-profit angel capital association Lone Star Angels. He serves on the advisory board at the Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Texas at Dallas School of Management and on UTD's Intellectual Property Committee. Scott graduated from the University of Texas at Austin's Plan II honors program, and as an undergraduate earned a fellowship in chemistry research. Scott began his career as a reporter and editor working for Times Mirror, Tribune Co. and McGraw Hill's BusinessWeek magazine.
